Partners Target Online Brand Advocates

US-based InsightExpress has partnered with earned media measurement and monetization specialist Meteor Solutions, to offer insights into online advertising performance among influential brand advocates.

The deal unites Meteor's ability to identify influential brand advocates with InsightExpress' ability to measure ad effectiveness through its AdInsights solution, promising clients the ability to assess who are their most influential brand advocates and how and where viral activity is occurring; and then survey both the Influentials and those they influence to understand the drivers of brand preference and purchase intent.

Drew Lipner, EVP, Group Director, InsightExpress, says the collaboration 'offers an early look at the drivers associated with social advocacy, and maps the connection points between brand and social response'. According to Ben Straley, Meteor's CEO, 'on average, 1%-2% of site visitors generate 20%-40% of a brand's total site traffic and an even higher share of conversion. Meteor identifies these Influentials and InsightExpress reveals the attitudes and motivations of these invaluable consumers. The combined offering is innovative and exciting.'

InsightExpress is headquartered in Stamford, CT, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles, while Meteor is based in Seattle, Washington.
