Orpen Returns to Synovate to Head SA Arm

Jake Orpen has returned to Synovate as Managing Director for South Africa, following a spell working as a Director at quality assessment specialist QMetrix.

Orpen re-joins with more than 15 years' management and client service experience. He previously founded Conexus, one of Synovate's business units in South Africa, and also served as a Client Service Director for the company. Before this, he held various management, sales, marketing and operations roles at Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) South Africa.

Orpen replaces Charlotte Jackson, who left in November after two years with the firm. He is based in Johannesburg.
