Decision Strategies Names New CEO and COO

US oil and gas management consultancy Decision Strategies has promoted Patrick Leach to the post of Chief Executive Officer, replacing Chris Reinsvold who has resigned to 'pursue other interests'. The firm has also promoted Steve Jacobs to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Decision Strategies provides a variety of decision-making consulting services such as market intelligence, modeling and analytical support, process mapping, and organizational effectiveness.

Leach has more than 30 years' industry experience, having spent the last seven with Decision Strategies. Before his promotion, he served as Principal, involved in the implementation of strategic initiatives, probabilistic methodologies and analysis of energy projects.

Jacobs joined in 2008 when his company Resource Marketing International (RMI) was acquired, and has more than 30 years' of marketing research and consulting experience.
