In August, the company announced sales growth of 44% for the 12 months ending June 2011, boosted by its performance in Europe where sales grew 147% in the prior quarter.

To support this growth, the firm added 67 full-time staff members in the past 10 months, along with a dozen additional contract workers, bringing the total employed to 150 people worldwide.

Its 2012 recruitment drive will see staff joining at all levels, including software developers, research directors, marketers, sales and finance staff. Most US hires will be in the Boston area, although several will be recruited for the West Coast in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, as well as in Chicago, New York and Philadelphia. In Europe, the company is on the lookout for staff in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

President and CEO Waleed Al-Atraqchi comments: 'We had initially projected 40 new people in 2012, but our rapid growth has caused us to re-evaluate and expand our staffing needs. As demand for our innovation platform spreads into new markets, we need talented and forward-thinking individuals to help us continue our expansion.'
