Optimisa Hires Six Following Client Wins

UK agency Optimsa has appointed six new members of staff at its London and Leeds offices, following a number of recent client wins.

Founded in 2010 through the amalgamation of Quaestor, Buckingham Research and AIA, Optimisa offers a range of qual and quant services for clients in the public, commercial and third sectors.

Public sector specialist Louise Hall joins as Research Director; having previously worked in the financial, social and technology divisions of TNS, clientside at NatWest, and for boutique qual/quant agency Sweeney Pinedo.

B2B researcher Jonathan Pickup joins as Associate Director, with ten years' experience across a variety of industry sectors. He previously served as Research Manager at McCallum Layton, prior to which he was a quant/qual researcher at MRA Research, and an SRE at BMRB.

Gemma Allen joins as Research Manager, from brand and comms research specialist Hall & Partners.

On the qual side, Lindsay Hart takes up the role of Senior Research Executive, bringing experience from the public, financial, FMCG and B2B sectors.

Finally, Ellie Inman and Ilsa Van Herpen have joined the firm's graduate training programme as Research Assistants.

Hall, Allen and Inman will be based in the company's London office, while Pickup, Hart and Van Herpen will work from Leeds.
