Valient Opens Buffalo-Niagara Office

Valient Market Research has opened a new regional office in Williamsville, New York to support a growing client base in the Buffalo-Niagara region.

The firm, which is currently celebrating its fifth birthday, is headquartered in Rochester, New York and provides market research, strategic corporate advisement services and public & business leader opinion polling. Valient opened a health care wing and a specialist automotive practice within a year of start-up.

President and CEO Scott Upham says the office represents a 'significant investment' and will provide 'numerous' clients in the region with cutting edge digital market research solutions including online survey, panel management, social media monitoring and ad hoc research. VP business Development Chris Olliff says interest in both the firm's traditional and leading edge digital solutions has been increasing 'very rapidly'.
