Harris and Google Team for DIY Benchmarking Service

In the US, Harris Interactive is partnering with Google to launch a new service allowing users to compare themselves to industry benchmarks.

Paul McDonald and Mike de VereGoogle's product combines DIY surveys with access to targeted respondents, and enables users to create questionnaires themselves and then pay from $0.10 to $0.50 per response. The new 'Harris Poll and the Google Consumer Surveys' platform will feed regular benchmarking information into this system.

I'm thrilled that we're working with a leader like the Harris Poll to give businesses access to a new benchmarking offering.'

The first benchmark study offered within the Harris Poll and Google Consumer Surveys platform investigates customer satisfaction in the banking industry.
