Social media ad technology firm BLiNQ Media has promoted CTO Luis Caballero to the role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for general control of the company's day-to-day operations across all departments and offices. The firm is also re-locating its technology HQ in Atlanta.BLiNQ Media, which was acquired by publishing giant Gannett last August, provides campaign management and analytics via its Facebook ad platform BAM (BLiNQ Ad Management), and audience targeting insights through its LiFT tool (likes, interests and fan targets).
Caballero (pictured) joined in 2010 from social media management tool provider Virtrue where he was Director of Technology - Software Engineering, and before this held business intelligence, data warehousing and data analytics roles at AT&T, GE Energy and McKesson.

The company is currently relocating its technology headquarters to a new building and larger office space in Atlanta's Midtown area, in order to accommodate staff recruitment plans. Its New York corporate HQ recently moved to larger offices in TechSpace, in New York City's Union Square, to accommodate growth in its sales, media and account management teams.
