Keller Fay Hires Two in US

In the US, word-of-mouth consulting firm Keller Fay Group has appointed former ABI Research exec Tommy Crawford as Vice President of New Business and Development, and former NM Incite analyst Matt Phillips as an Account Director.

Tommy CrawfordNew Jersey-based Keller Fay focuses exclusively on WOM marketing, and offers research-based approaches for testing, evaluating, tracking and improving clients' WOM campaigns.

Crawford (pictured) joins with a background which includes more than fifteen years as VP of Global Sales and Services at ABI Research, and VP of Eastern Region Sales at Jupiter Research (later Forrester Research). Earlier, he served as National Sales Director at word-of-mouth marketing firm House Party.

Prior to joining Keller Fay, Phillips was a Consulting Analyst at Nielsen/McKinsey joint venture NM Incite, advising clients on how to better utilize social media for marketing and target audience understanding.
