Be Heard Invests in Digital Transformation Firm

UK-based digital marketing group Be Heard has bought a 20% stake in transformation consultancy Digital Delivery Consulting Limited, which trades as 3pointsDigital (3PD).

Be Heard, which acquired design and UX agency MMT Ltd in 2016 and most of marketing analytics and innovation consultancy Freemavens a year later, paid £320,000 in cash for the latest purchase, 20% of the voting equity of 3PD. Be Heard says that as of 31st May it had already secured sufficient new business wins via the acquisition to (on a revenue basis) more than pay back its cash investment.

3PD supports C-Suite executives in working out how best to exploit the digital revolution, and has partnered with Be Heard in work with several clients. The firms said that during this work 'it became apparent that a formal arrangement would enable both businesses to offer a broader and more comprehensive service offering to current and future clients'.
