Forsta Partners with Analytics Tech Firm Lumoa

November 1 2021

CX and research technology company Forsta is partnering with AI-powered insight platform Lumoa, whose software has been integrated with Forsta's to offer clients advanced AI-driven analytics.

Johanna SinkkonenForsta was created earlier this year by the merger of Confirmit, FocusVision and Dapresy, and offers services spanning CX, enterprise feedback management, VoC and VoE, qual, quant and data visualization. Its new partner, Lumoa, promises to allow 'every employee in every organization' to make the right decisions based on the voice of the customer': the firm combines machine and human intelligence to analyse unstructured feedback from survey responses to online reviews and customer support conversations.

The firms say their partnership removes the need for manual analysis, and that the system supports more than 60 languages. Giles Whiting, who is COO and MD, VoC and VoE at Forsta, comments: 'Forsta is very excited about what has already been proven and what's ahead for our partnership with Lumoa. Leveraging both of our best-in-class offerings, our clients now have the ability to apply proprietary AI tools to unstructured feedback at scale, and generate more meaningful insights from their VoC, VoE, and market research programs'.

Lumoa CEO Johanna Sinkkonen (pictured) says Forsta shares his company's passion for innovation and 'helping companies to become truly customer-centric in their decision making', as well as its focus on 'providing insights solutions that are easy to use and fast to implement'.

Forsta, whose name means 'to understand' in Swedish, is online at www.forsta.com while its new partner is at www.lumoa.me .
