FlexMR Debuts 'Rapid Response' Fast Turnaround Service

UK-based tech-led insight agency FlexMR has launched 'Rapid Response', an on-demand service delivering answers vetted by a team of researchers, in hours or days.

Headquartered in the Lake District, with additional offices in the US and Germany, FlexMR offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, as well as a multi-language software product supported by its insight professionals. Operating on the firm's InsightHub, the new quick turnaround service offers a simple setup system, with FlexMR providing access to an online form that takes 'no more than ten minutes' to complete.

The service offers access to qualitative and quantitative questions collected by quick polls, smartboards, forums and surveys, and its surveys can also include video questions for direct and emotive customer engagement. Outputs are provided through the platform's two real-time data libraries NumbersMR and <31296 >VideoMR, while more complex text data sets are delivered in slide format.
