Amplified Intelligence Buys Validation Firm AttentvAds

Australia-based attention measurement company Amplified Intelligence has acquired ad verification company AttentvAds, for an undisclosed sum.

Jason Cooper and Philip HarrisAttentvAds specialises in the tracking, analysis and verification of impression level data across mobile, web and in-app environments. The firm delivers real time results at scale using attention signals collected at the ad placement level.

Amplified says AttentvAds' technology will complement its existing attention measurement offer, while enhancing the predictive capability of its data and product suite. Both AttentvAds' co-founders, CEO Jason Cooper and CTO Philip Harris, will join Amplified Intelligence - with Cooper based in Sydney and Harris in London.
