Canadian competitive intelligence specialist Klue has acquired DoubleCheck Research, which focuses on understanding why companies are winning and losing business. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.Concord, Massachusetts-headquartered DoubleCheck Research delivers win-loss research and analysis services and technology to B2B companies. Firms use its services to better understand their buyer's journey, while identifying key win, loss, and churn trends.
Klue says that through the deal, it will add DoubleCheck Research's capabilities to its own offer, which combines competitive intelligence with market intelligence.
