Indian-based market research firm Kaybase has joined forces with US telephone interviewing specialist Issues And Answers to work on multi-country research studies.
Their first joint offering is a quarterly omnibus survey among Indian nationals living in the US. The group, known as non-resident Indians (NRIs), is one of the fastest growing Asian communities in America, with a high disposable income and increasing use of air travel, financial services, telecoms, packaged goods and entertainment.
A Kaybase spokesperson said the partnership 'will enable the clients of both organisations to carry out international studies at cost-effective rates with an assurance of quality'.
