Loyalty Leader for Millward Brown

Millward Brown has appointed Surekha Poddar to head its Customer Loyalty Management (CLM) Business in Asia Pacific. The move follows MB's appointment as a licensed member of the Walker Global Network in June this year.

Poddar will report into Neerja Wable, Head of Client Services in the region. She joins from IMRB International where she was Vice President of CSMM, the company's specialist Stakeholder Satisfaction Measurement and Management division. In her new role, she will work to develop Millward Brown's Customer Loyalty business across the Asia Pacific region using Walker Stakeholder Relationship Measurement and Management tools.

Wable says Poddar's 'wealth of CLM experience including Telecom, Hospitality, Insurance, Financial Products, and Logistics as well as Packaged Goods and Manufacturing' will help to provide solutions to customer loyalty issues for clients who have shown high interest in CLM since the company took on the Walker franchise (see www.mrweb.com/drno/news4239.htm ).
