ORC Unveils Customer Experience Evaluation Tool

In the US, Opinion Research Corporation (ORC) has launched a new online tool to help small and medium-sized companies assess the health of their customer relationships.

The new Customer Experience Evaluation platform provides real-time customer feedback on products and services, which can then be disseminated throughout an organisation using ORC's online reporting system.

Perception about a company's image or reputation, the value of products and services, quality, and levels of service can also be gleaned.

Explained Warren Frankel, SVP of Customer Strategies: 'Understanding the customer is the key to success for any business. Those companies that take positive action as a result of customer feedback can encourage customer loyalty, repeat purchases and referrals.'
