Invoke Upgrades Engagement Tool

July 3 2008

US-based online and mobile research supplier Invoke Solutions has upgraded its Engage Open service, offering asynchronous qual-quant research sessions for large and/or harder to reach groups.

The new Version 2.0 has been designed to improve the user experience for both researchers and participants. Key features include:

  1. Transparency and flexibility: enabling researchers to monitor initial results and easily make changes to questions and/or stimuli while in the field.
  2. Interactive user experience: To transform an asynchronous experience into one that feels 'live' for participants with adaptable question timing and exposure to other participants' responses.
  3. Automated data cleanup:  Removing participants who do not meet the pre-determined, customizable contribution requirements from the data set.
  4. International online support:  For French, Italian, Spanish, German, and Portuguese.
The Engage suite of products was launched in January and CEO Ben Cesare says that the latest upgrade allows his firm to be more creative about how it conducts research. He adds: 'It has also paved the way for the launch of our Engage Business Solutions which tie projects together to create cost-effective, systematic research programs'.

The firm is currently planning the launch of its Engage Analytics platform, which will provide real-time web-based dashboards of qual and quant insights that demonstrate trends over time.

Invoke is headquartered in Massachusetts, USA and is online at www.invoke.com .
