Andal Steps Down at TNS Media

September 9 2008

After less than a year as President of TNS Media Intelligence North America, Bev Andal is stepping down to be replaced by Mark Nesbitt, who is currently President of TNS MARX.

Andal will continue as an advisor to the group until the end of 2008 and will also join the TNS Media Board.

Commenting on the announcement, Dean DeBiase, CEO of TNS Media said: 'Bev has had an incredible impact on the growth and management of our businesses. We appreciate the significant contributions she has made during her six years of leadership with the company, and will continue to build on this success.'

With a 20-year track record of successfully managing complex organizations, Nesbitt will take over TNS Media Intelligence after serving in key roles with TNS for the last seven years. His current division, TNS MARX, provides consumer promotions tracking, reporting and analysis.

'Mark was an obvious choice for this new challenge,' continued DeBaise. 'He has a demonstrated history of growing mature businesses, excellent relationships with leading global brands, a deep understanding of consumer businesses and engenders strong team and client loyalty.'

The firm also announced that Evan Tracey has been promoted to President of TNS CMAG (Campaign Media Analysis Group) from his role as COO. Tracey founded CMAG, a custom media research company compiling advertising expenditure data for political and public affairs.

Established in more than 30 countries, TNS Media is on the web at www.tns-mi.com .
