EmSense Hires with Expansion in Mind

Brainwave measurement technology firm EmSense Corporation has hired Mark Mallardi as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

He brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience from companies including Pepsico, Altria and Information Resources, Inc. (IRI). At IRI he served as Senior Vice President of Client Service and Western Regional Manager. He began his market research career with SPAR Group.

He also worked in Hollywood and in the toy & game and K-12 educational markets, in senior marketing roles for interactive design and media services provider Scope Seven, Inc, toy and game manufacturer Educational Insights, and educational publisher Classroom Connect. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

In his new role Mallardi reports to CEO Keith Winter, who comments: 'Mark's understanding of market research, paired with his extensive consumer-focused sales and marketing experience, create a unique opportunity for EmSense to leverage existing customer relationships and expand into new market areas.'

Mallardi himself says EmSense is 'uniquely positioned to deliver on the long-held promise of neuromarketing - to help understand why consumers act the way they do'.
