In the US, the National Business Research Institute (NBRI) has launched an online survey creation system, Survey Software Online, or SSO. The software aims to allow small to mid-sized businesses to create, deploy, and analyze customer and employee surveys in-house.
SSO includes reporting and analysis facilities. It uses a web-based user interface and communication platform, and comes in a range of packages from the free Basic account to a Premium account allowing up to 2,500 survey respondents per annum, clustered demographic groups and exportable reports, and multiple users within a single organization.
Dr. Ken West, Ph.D., President of NBRI says: 'We see small and mid-sized businesses every day that recognize the need for employee and customer survey research, but have no budget to conduct it. We have created a solution which allows us to assist these businesses.'
Founded in 1982 by CEO, Dr. Jan Stringer, the firm boasts project Leaders possessing Ph.D. degrees in psychological research.
