Partnership for Decooda and Bazaarvoice

Consumer data analyst Decooda has partnered with online conversation specialist Bazaarvoice, to examine consumer ratings and reviews and provide a more 'rounded' view of profitable customers.

David JohnsonBazaarvoice ratings and reviews will be automatically fed into Decooda's MC3 cognitive-linguistic text analytics engine, allowing clients to monitor, analyze and manage consumer ratings and reviews side-by-side with social media and unstructured business data.

Through the integration, the firms will also be able to analyze how consumers feel, who they are and how they relate to a brand; how a brand is delivering against client expectations; and how consumer experiences link to sales.
