Strong Growth for InSites Consulting

Online communities specialist InSites Consulting has announced 10% revenue growth for the fiscal year 2020-2021, adding 'up to EUR 66m worldwide'.

InSites was founded in 1997 and now employs more than 600 people across seventeen offices. During the last year it has announced the global roll-out of its Culture + Trends solution, brought UK and Asian acquisitions under the main brand, partnered for expansion in Latin America and acquired Taipei, Taiwan-based Answer.

The company says growth is 'equally strong' across EMEA, APAC and the US, and that it plans to 'further expand through buy-and-build in the years ahead', focusing on geographical expansion through select acquisitions.

CEO Kristof De Wulf (pictured) comments: 'Consumer centricity and relevant consumer insights should and will always be at the core of strong brands. We believe we have a recipe for success at hand, and we will continuously and increasingly invest in our great people and our powerful technology suite, as well as in further acquisitions in key markets for our global clients'.
