Q2 Revenue Up and Losses Down at iPerceptions

In Canada, Voice-of-Customer analytics specialist iPerceptions has reported a 10% increase in second quarter revenue to $1.25m compared with $1.13m in the prior year period. Net loss declined from $981k in Q2 2009, to $597k in Q2 2010.

Claude GuayGross margin as a percentage of revenue was 64% for the second quarter of 2010, compared with 58% for the same period in 2009.

During the quarter, the firm upgraded its WASP (web analytics solution profiler) tool, to enable users to observe the flow of all complex analytics calls generated from sources such as Flash, Javascript and other systems.

iPerceptions also added new features to its 4Q survey solution, including the ability to integrate 4Q data within Google Analytics reports.
